Introducing and Discontinuing--What??

Introducing and Discontinuing--What??

I am pleased and proud to introduce our latest hair rinse. It's the Serenity Hair Rinse with Tea Tree. I've changed my own routine (which has been using the regular Serenity Hair Rinse) to this new-kid-on-the-block. The tea tree essential oil is invigorating and unclogs pores in the scalp leaving that tingly feeling. And, of course, it's infused with lavender and has lavender essential oil in it which soothes. The two together work wonders.

But here's the weird part about this introduction...While I'm introducing it to you, I also need to tell you that I'm discontinuing our hair rinses. This means that when these hair rinses are gone, they are gone. This includes the newest arrival, the Serenity Hair Rinse with Tea Tree.

Let me tell you why.

Do Good's hair rinses take 4-5 weeks to make because I infuse them with all natural herbs from my back yard. The lavender and the mint are grown for these products. I have every bit of confidence and pride in these rinses because they are crafted with care. What I want though is to teach you how YOU can make these rinses and experiment with them on your own. Unlike all of my bar products that require professional know-how, making rinses is something that we all can do for ourselves. (After my rinses are all sold out, I'll create a DIY video for you about making your own hair rinse from apple cider vinegar or distilled white vinegar.)

The second reason I'm closing out this line is because I'm uncomfortable sending glass bottles in the mail, particularly in light of my refusal to use plastics of any kind in my shipping process. (Honestly, I get so anxious when I fulfill a request for hair rinse! You should see how careful I am! It's actually funny...) Glass is another packaging that is becoming more and more difficult to reuse and upcycle. Many cities and towns do not recycle glass these days. So why add to the problem, right? Do Good Soaps and Suds is about being part of the solution, not a contributor to the problem.

As a celebration for all-good-things coming to a natural end, all of the rinses are 25% off, including the newest, Serenity Hair Rinse with Tea Tree. So get them while you can (and I promise to ship them with great care!) We always send your packages with love, so don't delay! Once they are gone, they are gone...until I show you how to make your own!
